Complaints are processed within 14 days of the receipt of the consignment; within that time, Client is notified of the decision regarding the complaint.
Each purchase made through Selfiestore.pl is subject to the right to withdraw from the distance agreement without cause.
In order to withdraw from agreement, Store customer service should be notified about the intention to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the receipt of the consignment. The statement on withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to sklep@selfiestore.pl or by mail.

The right to withdraw from the distance agreement does not cover individual orders, i.e. goods modified at Client's express request.
In case of a withdrawal from the agreement, all purchase costs are returned, including the shipping costs (provided that the cheapest shipment option was selected). Client bears only the costs of returning the package to Store.
The reimbursement is made within 14 days of the delivery of Product(s) to be returned to Store in a manner indicated by Client in the Withdrawal from the Agreement Form.
